About Marvin

I've always had a passion for web design and development ever since I discovered it at school. Before university I was already making websites for myself and others. I gained a BSc in Software Systems for the Arts and Media from the University of Hertfordshire and since gained 15 years experience working with renowned clients like O2, Selfridges, Lonely Planet and Chelsea FC. As a senior developer I've often had to share and bring through junior colleagues and my passion lies in breaking down complex problems, teaching concepts in a clear uncomplicated manner.

About the lesson

My lessons would suit beginners, intermediate learners and those already in the industry looking to refine their front end skills. My teaching approach puts an emphasis on really nailing the fundamentals and best practices, building your knowledge from the ground up. We will engage in project-based learning where you can learn not just the theory but also enjoy the process of building something together while I pass on my industry experience at the same time. If you have a specific project in mind, we can incorporate it into our lessons, ensuring you gain practical, hands-on experience that is directly applicable to you
