About Finn

I’m a dedicated and experienced French tutor with over 15 years of studying and using the language at a high level. From achieving top grades at GCSE, A-Level, and degree level to living in Paris and completing the DELF qualification, French has been a consistent and important part of both my academic and personal life.

What sets me apart as a tutor is that I’ve gone through the full journey of learning French myself. I understand exactly what students struggle with—whether it’s tricky grammar, pronunciation, or building the confidence to speak. Because of this, I focus on making lessons clear, structured, and supportive, while keeping them engaging and practical.

My teaching style is patient, adaptable, and results-driven. I work with a wide range of students, including those preparing for Common Entrance, GCSE, and A-Level exams, helping them build strong foundations and achieve top results. I’m familiar with exam requirements and focus on developing the key skills needed to succeed, including speaking, writing, listening, and translation.

Bonjour! I’m an experienced French tutor with over 15 years of language study, including top grades at GCSE, A-Level, and degree level. I’ve also lived in Paris, where I immersed myself in the language and culture, and I hold a recognised DELF qualification.
