Discover my holistic teaching approach, blending Hatha yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation. As a certified 200 hr Level Yoga teacher with specialized 95hr Children's Yoga Training, I bring expertise to every class.

Techniques: I guide you through precise asanas, promoting safe practice. My lessons emphasize posture correction for optimal benefit.

Teaching Methodology: Classes, each lasting an hour, weave mindfulness into every movement, helping you find balance in body and mind.

Target Audience: All ages welcome! From age 4 to adults and elderly, my diverse experience enables tailored sessions.
