I'm a friendly out-going person who will make you feel at ease no matter your ability.
I've facilitated everyone from pregnant women and helped them achieve their first-ever headstand to overweight clients' who were suffering from chest pains and after just 2 sessions reported this pain being gone when the NHS had told them they wouldn't help until they lost some weight.
I'd love to hear about you and what you want to get out of your yoga practice so we can come up with a plan together and help you achieve those goals.

Let me start by introducing myself, I am Rianna, I'm 30 years old and an experienced yoga teacher looking to improve some wonderful people's quality of life.
I have been teaching for 6+ years now. I'm trained in Vinyasa but I've worked with the elderly, injured, and corporate stiffys most of my Yoga career! I enjoy teaching people simple practices that bring them peace of mind and a better quality of life more than I enjoy fast-paced acrobatic style classes but can also be very accommodating depending on the client's needs.
I work 9-5 currently but I am eager to get back to teaching which is what I love the most. I taught my company online yoga twice a week throughout the pandemic and they loved it. I had 20+ regulars attending for over a year. I've facilitated corporate classes, private classes, public classes, and workshops which have always been very well received - especially my candlelit restorative sessions with essential oils. I recently ran an online workshop with over 240 attendees which had excellent reviews.
I've completed my 200 hours + additional anatomy training & physical assists CPD courses so can help in any way you need. I also offer a very relaxing savasana massage if you are open to adjusts.
