I am an Alternative Therapist with eight years experience. To enhance my practice I qualified as a Yoga Teacher over two years ago and more recently as a yin Yoga Teacher, which I love as it's a great stress reliever!

I teach slow flow, Yin and Reiki Yoga suitable for beginner through to intermediate level. A typical lesson begins with my teaching pranayama (breathing technique), mobilisation, progression to a peak pose (asana) ending in relaxation pose and guided meditation. Beautiful.
