About Sam
I am a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher with experience teaching all over the world. I love to help people realise their potential as human beings. Some of my happiest experiences include helping an 83 year old man walk down stairs unaided for the first time since his hip replacement and helping a below-knee amputee correct her recently-developed hip pain.
There is a path to a fulfilling and satisfying physical practice for everyone, whether it be Yoga or something else, and I love to help people find that for themselves.
