About Corina
I complete my first teacher training with Core Power Yoga in 2007.
My career as a yogini has allowed me to teach at Core Power, Half Moon Studio, Thrive, and Kindness Yoga. I currently teach at Old Town Yoga Studio in Fort Collins. As well as my for profit positions, I have volunteered with Harvest Farm and Yoga for the People providing yoga lessons for the less fortunate pockets of our population.

Vinyasa Flow is what I have practiced most in the yoga arena. I am also versed in Beginner's Series, Hot (Bikram) Yoga, Sculpt (with weights) Yoga, and Yin Yoga. The way I approach teaching is to see what you want to work on and then design a flow from there that will challenge and transform you!!

What an exciting journey the yogic path has been for me. I look forward to sharing it with you. I will teach live classes for you alone or with a group of friends in the NoCo area. If you choose to utilize on-line teaching there is a bit of a discount, as I will be saving money on the commute. Additionally, if you would like to come to my studio, that is an option after your first lesson.
