About Alexis
I am dedicated to sharing my love of literature and believe reading and writing is essential to understanding the world around us. I have worked with children and adults of varying age and experience levels. While I enjoy focusing most on creative writing, I can assist with proofreading and editing for a wide variety of writing, including academic writing, resumes, journalism, business writing, etc.
My goal is to help others improve their writing skills without damaging their self-confidence and authentic voice. I encourage students to experiment writing in different forms to expand craft skills and provide feedback on their strengths.

My goal is to encourage students to produce their best work while staying true to their voice and without damaging their creative confidence. Lessons will include reading widely for inspiration and discussing how we can utilize specific elements to improve our writing. I can also provide prompts and writing exercises that encourage students to experiment and expand writing skills.
