About Manuela

I have worked with children in different capacities for several years. I am a dedicated and experienced educator with over six years of teaching upper elementary students, with a strong focus on math and science. I have also spent nine years working as a behavior specialist in the elementary school setting, supporting students with a wide range of learning and behavioral needs, as well as three years teaching preschool in Germany. I truly enjoy teaching and make it a priority to build positive, supportive relationships with my students so they feel confident and motivated to learn. I am bilingual and fluent in English and German, and also have basic skills in Italian.

About the lesson

As a dedicated 5th grade math and science teacher, I specialize in making learning engaging, fun, and confidence-building. My lessons focus on strengthening foundational skills, filling learning gaps, and encouraging effective problem-solving and critical-thinking strategies. With patience and personalized instruction, I help students improve their understanding, boost grades, and develop a more positive and confident mindset toward math and science.
