About Matt
I am currently finishing my 20th year as a university professor, where I teach all levels of mathematics and statistics. I have taught everything from basic algebra to post-graduate levels mathematics. Prior to being a professor, I taught secondary mathematics, and have won several teaching awards. In addiction to mathematics and statistics, I also tutor SAT, IB exams, and A-Levels.

I believe that it is my job to motivate, and actively engage my students. I use a variety of visual aids and software to help students engage and understand mathematics. I am a very visual learner, and I provide that to my students consistently. I want to "see" what is happening as they solve problems.
