About Anurada

I am an experienced educator and mentor with a passion for helping students build confidence, improve their understanding, and achieve their academic goals. I currently work as a Casual Lecturer at Murdoch University and have teaching and mentoring experience across Australia and internationally. I enjoy working with students from different backgrounds and learning abilities, and I believe in creating a supportive, encouraging, and respectful learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. My background in business, counseling, and education has helped me develop strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. I am patient, approachable, and committed to helping students not only improve academically but also become more confident and independent learners.

About the lesson

I believe that every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to suit each student’s pace, confidence level, and learning style. My teaching approach focuses on building strong foundational understanding, encouraging critical thinking, and creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process. I provide step-by-step guidance, practical examples, and regular practice exercises to help students strengthen their understanding and improve their confidence. I have experience teaching and mentoring students across primary, secondary, diploma, and university levels in Australia and internationally. My lessons are suitable for students who need academic support, assignment guidance, exam preparation, or assistance in improving communication and study skills. Typical lesson durations range from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student’s needs and learning goals.
