Hi there! I'm Auzar, a dedicated private yoga teacher and licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA), passionate about guiding individuals toward balance, strength, and mindfulness. With experience teaching internationally at multiple festivals, working with clients from 3-year-olds to older adults, I offer a creative approach to each session. My approach fosters a safe, supportive environment where you can grow both physically and mentally.
With a holistic blend of yoga, mindfulness, and therapeutic breathing techniques, I emphasize not just physical flexibility and strength but also mental clarity and emotional well-being. My background as a PTA allows me to integrate my deep understanding of anatomy and rehabilitation into each session, ensuring safe and effective practices for clients of all levels, including those recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions.
