About Sandra

I use guided meditation along with yin, restorative and vinyasa flow to generate presence and release of stress and tension in both the body mind using the breath.

Knowing I can make a difference by helping people find a sense of peace and well being through experiencing a practice

About the lesson

I find out what experiences you have with yoga, any goals you are looking to achieve, and share what I love and have gained through my practice. The class will typically run 45 minutes to an hour. It can be gentle, challenging, yin Yang combination and or restorative. I don't have a studio to teach from other than a class I have in deer valley on Monday evening

Sandy always helps me relax, she creates a gentle and calm flow in her class, in a welcoming and soothing environment. Her yoga classes are effective but also help generate a sense of self love and healing 🙏🏻 💜
