About Stephanie
I place a huge emphasis on reminding my clients that THEY are the ones doing the work, and the feelings of peace, satisfaction, strength come entirely from them- I am merely a guide and a messenger. I tailor asana flows according to my client's needs. I am supportive and encouraging of first time yogi's. My practices embody strategies and philosophies of peace, as well as strengthening the physical and the relationship to the physical.

Getting to
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
It’s good to have a verbal conversation about their specific goals. Everyone is drawn to yoga for their own individual reasons. To better help them with their needs or even to better help them understand their own reasons, I like to begin here. Most of the getting-to-know process however, for me, happens when I can observe their bodies in a Flow. A few sun salutation will tell me everything I need to know about the person.
