About Christina
Soothing hearts, bodies & minds through holistic medicine.
Getting out of balance and experiencing physical and/or mental challenges is sometimes inevitable, and at times, necessary. Our sensations and emotions are, essentially, reminders of the importance of listening. When we take a moment to pose, to breath, to listen - we create space to simply be present to our truth and follow a path that is more aligned with the purest form of what we truly are.
I have devoted most of my 20' studying Yoga, Meditation, Cha Dao, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, many types of holistic bodyworks, somatic practices, sacred rituals and ancient wisdoms.
I have helped people to soothe physical, mental and emotional challenges in Switzerland, France, French Polynesia, Canada, Mexico and United States. I have worked in different environments; health centers, privately, workshops, sacred ceremonies and week long retreats.
I also have a boutique tea line, WAO TEA (waotea.com), where I have put available online all the teas that I served in my Ceremonial Tea Meditation and in my Tea Tasting classes. In addition to the Tea Meditation practice, I also teach Introduction to Cha Dao, where you can learn about tea culture & all of the process, as well as discover & taste different types of tea.
It is a blessing to be offering my help and guidance through Tea Meditation, Yin Yoga and Mindful Movements, to share a space and a practice that will uplift your heart gently and powerfully - into pure living presence.
We will explore the body-mind-soul dance together, from Stillness to Movement.

The overall warmth of the people I encountered during the ceremonies, and the care that's being put in making the whole experience cleansing for the soul, without any form of pressure whatsoever. I learned about myself, I had fun, and I would happily do it again/recommend it to a friend.
