I work online with the process of sessions.One yog session for 1000/per session.
Students from all fraternities and professions. I have previously taught children, families of all age groups with no severe ailments from any countries/areas.
An advice that I would give to a student looking to hire a teacher in my area of expertise is to be honest about the problem and seek the solution with the relevant instructor in the area of yog.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should think through those really valid querries that come to their mind and are necessary to pose to the teacher especially concerning their honest needs that are then reasonably, fully addressed, immediately. It should resolve the main problem that the training is helping the student to prevent further aggrevation to their current state and is only progressing towards bettering their health condition through the various forms of asanas.
