About Katie
I quit my corprorate job in 2014 to do what I love, yoga! I create a safe space for students to let go and be present; to be their highest, most authentic self, where they are accepted and welcome always. Yoga has been my therapy and allowed me to work through so many different things in life. I do my best to provide that space for others.
I currently teach at Corepower Yoga and Hot8. My speciality is vinyasa (flow), but teach restoriative classes as well to students of all levels. I love working with clients privately so they are able to get exactly what they need out of their practice.
I have completed two 2 200 HR Trainings as well as 2 200+ Extension trainings.
