About Bailee
Meditation and yoga is my passion and has been ever since my first 200hr training class two years ago. I am constantly learning and growing in my practice so I can share the amazing benefits of yoga with those around me. You become better aware of yourself physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually when working with me.
I love to be there to help the people I work with accomplish their goals in a healthy way which is treating themselves with the love and self compassion they deserve.
I have completed both a 200 hour training course and a 300 hour training course at Inbody Yoga Acadamy
