About Sati
I am a Professional Yoga Teacher/Thai Massage Therapist with a degree in Psychology. I weave toghether multiple modalities into a powerful healing session with Yoga Asana (poses) as the basis for healing the body. The sessions are actually adaptive and specific to your healing. This is not a Fitness class but a true healing session.
I enjoy helping people to grow and heal, as I was helped by my teachers.
