About Yoga
I am a physical therapist and experienced yoga teacher for 22 years. I specialize in alignment. Based yoga so that students learn correctly and with good alignment. I also apply my knowledge in physical therapy for students whom have concerns with injuries.
I love working one on one with people and meeting people with all levels of experience. I enjoy supporting people in all aspects of their spiritual journey and turning them on to the benefits of yoga. I love teaching people about posture, alignment , body awareness, meditation and health.
