I am deeply immersed in the realms of energy healing, Reiki, spiritual mentorship, oracle and tarot card reading, and the transformative practice of yoga. As I have been practicing yoga for years I came to the point where I felt that I am ready to share my experience, to hold a space for yoga practice, meditation and reiki sessions.

I have a wide range of students from super newbies to very advanced students! I have a student with severe scoliosis, I had to create a program specifically for her.

1. I would look for a person who lives the life that he preaches. Person who truly believes what he is teaching is true.
2. Someone with solid educational background, who is striving for improvements, constantly learning and exploring.

I do see constantly how my students fall in love with yoga, as they get to know themselves better through the art of movement, breathing, meditation. For me it's the greatest reward to show the path of yoga to someone who was very skeptical about it to begin with. I love seeing people opening up and letting others meet their soul.

I am new to yoga and have some issues with my joints, and was hesitant at the beginning but Anika was able to accommodate all my needs. I got everything I needed - strength and flexibility as well as a loving atmosphere, very accepting and kind, I always feel free to be myself with her. As a bonus I started to be more aware of my body. If you are still thinking and hesitating as I was at the beginning- just try it!

Following her instructions everything is possible for me. she encourages everyone, gives little challenge every day. Since I met her, I noticed I improved a lot.
