About Dr
All my classes and private sessions are designed for the client need. I have a deep knowledge of the body and have a lot of studies in wellness, body works and alignment.
My greatest moments are to see my students not having pain anymore and feeling rejuvenated. Every times I see my client succeeding in their personal goal. I am so glad to be part of their path.
I have a doctorate in voice (breathing, relaxation, anatomy). I am a trained Ashtanga Yoga Teacher approved to teach by Manju Jois. I am certified as a Vimyasa Yoga Teacher. I have studied bodywork and reflexiology in Europe and keep training into meditation. I also have specialize in yoga for cancer patients with meditative sessions.
