I prefer to chat in person before our first practice. This way, I can determine exactly how our practice together will flow. I can taylor to each individual student.
I have worked with all ages and levels.
Make sure they are trained and have at least 200 Yoga Teacher Training hours. This will ensure proper alignment to avoid injuries.
I recently taught yoga to about 200 students at a fund raiser to raise awareness for Human Trafficking.
