About Claudia
Learn the basics of Hatha Yoga in a slow and easy pace, being guided to achieve a peaceful and relaxing state.
I like helping and guiding people to feel comfortable, confident and more relaxed. I enjoy seeing the change in the person over a period of time.
200 hr Certification with Yoga Alliance and 5 years of experience as a Yoga Instructor.
Additionally over 300 hrs of other related courses such as Restorative Yoga and Yoga for the mind.
