About Crystal

Crystal Clear Yogi is a dedicated teacher and student of yoga, energy work, and holistic healing. Crystal Clear began to study the healing benefits of yoga and nutrition in 2009 when she was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease. Her desire to be well led her to study some of the many different paths of holistic healing including meditation, mantra chanting, Qi Gong, nutrition, and subconscious shifting.

Crystal Clear is passionate about bringing light into the lives of her students. As a certified Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master Crystal Clear uses what she has learned to help her students overcome emotional and body blocks so they can be in alignment with their higher self.

Crystal Clear Yogi specializes in teaching Power Flow Yoga, Heated Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kundalini, and various forms of meditation. Crystal Clear incorporates the yoga philosophy that she has learned while training in India and continues to study into her teachings.

About the lesson

Yoga lessons offered by Crystal are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Big Sky. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
