About Tamika
I am a very caring and supportive teacher. I pride myself on how my students receive the teachings and their overall well-being. I came to yoga for a way to go inward and find my true self and although I am still on my journey, I am more then able to assist someone that’s also looking for a yoga teacher. My yoga is more then just poses it’s a lifestyle change. FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME AT (concealed information) or shoot me a email at (concealed information) NAMASTE
I enjoy the smile I see on a clients face. Watching the shift in mood after a class, THATS A REWARD IN ITSELF!
I have 200 hour teacher training from FLOW YOGA CENTER in Washington DC.
