About Darby
Bachelor’s Degree from Auburn University
200 RYT From Yogafly in Auburn, AL
I attend warm vinyasa yoga classes regularly at Highland Yoga on Pharr Rd in Buckhead, Atlanta.
My practice and teaching is heavily based on alignment cues. I’m new to teaching but I must start somewhere, I’m ready to help others on their journey to healing and enlightenment.

I begin by listening to what you’re looking to accomplish and/or avoid with your yoga practice. I.e, I want to deepen my breath and flow with ease, I want to avoid backbends etc.
I want to share my knowledge and enlightenment of how yoga has helped me and can you mentally, spiritually and physically.
