About Barrie
I have been teaching yoga for close to 20 years. I study Iyengar yoga and do focus my teaching on alignment but feel there is more to yoga than just Asana. When I work with a student I look at the whole picture. I like to incorporate breath work, meditation and mindfulness into my teaching. I am also certified in prenatal and want to teach yoga to everyone. Doesn’t matter if you’re brand new or have been practicing for year. Yoga has helped me, learn more about myself and has bettered my life in so many ways. I want to share this with others. Check out my Facebook page: Yoga Barrie to learn more
