About Cecilia
I am currently a student at University College London and I love to teach because it allows me to use all the skills I worked so hard to get during my exam periods and bring them to the next generation. Seeing my students understand difficult concepts and get the grades they aspire to is what is the most important and enjoyable part of my job. Seeing my students go from being anxious to confident in their subjects really motivates me to continue doing the best job I can to benefit their learning.

As a tutor Iam trained to teach all UK school levels from primary up until secondary, including A-Levels, GCSE and KS3. My solid understanding of the curriculum allows me to help my students not only improve their English skills but also excel in examination with many of my students going on to achieve A/A* grades or 7-9 at GCSE. I like to tailor my approach to the students needs but always use active recall to help my student learn and past paper examples and mark scheme analysis in class to make sure the skills my student develops are directly what is being asked of them in the exams they take. I have worked with all age ranges with over 600 hours of experience and typically work in one hour lessons.
