About the lesson

Students choose me because I combine deep academic knowledge with real-world experience, adapt to each learner’s needs, simplify complex topics, and have had experience teaching a wide variety of subjects such as Math (all levels), writing, biology, and physics. I've also helped with SAT/ACT college preparation for Math and Writing. I try to tailor my teaching and the way I approach new concepts according to the student's own level of understanding. Rather than giving them the answer, I try to guide their way of thinking to solve the problem themselves after working with me to understand the concept in question. My end goal is to be able to make the student a self-learner, a skill they will need in all areas of life in both college and professional sectors.
