About Francisco
FRANCISCO ROJAS
I was part of the Honduran Youth National Team at the age of 19, and then I was called up to the Senior National Team, where I was a player for 10 years.
I retired as a Player in 2004, and then became the Vice-President of the National Volleyball Federation of Honduras from 2012 to 2020. My experience as a Volleyball coach has been specifically with young men and women from 12 to 18 years of age.
GENERAL GOAL AS A COACH
Implement a thorough training program that combines Pedagogical and Biological principles. This method aims to foster the continuous improvement and advancement of athletes' physical and mental abilities, ultimately leading to sustained success in sports performance.
