About Paula

We enjoy seeing athletes achieve their goals in life. We help athletes of all ages combine physical training specific to their sport.

I personally played for my national team in Colombia for 10 years in different international tournaments. I played at the college level in the States and have been coaching since 2013 helping young athletes accomplish their goals.

I start coaching my last year in collage in 2012, since then, I have been coaching and teaching young athletes.

I played the sport over 18 years and different levels. I played in high school, collage, national team and club. I coached for over 7 years. 12's up to adults.

About the lesson

I will have them do ball control drills to assess the level of skill and the physical condition.

All types. Beginner, medium, and high level

Stay open minded to coaches feedback.

I currently worked with AP as well running the summer camps both at the north and south location

Perfect! Paula is so much fun!! She'll work you hard, and currently she's operating in a gym without AC so prepare to sweat, but she's patient and will work with you where you are and help you improve bit by bit
