About Leandria

I love music, I meet students where they are and give a lessons that leave them feeling accomplished and good about their own abilities afterward. We don't compare ourselves to others, that doesn't serve us in the end.

I love sharing my understanding of music with others. My students always leave lessons feeling more confident even if they didn't get a chance to practice that week.

I'm a classically trained violins, and i been playing for 30+ years. I have a BS in Commercial Music Performance from Tennessee State University. I've played in over a dozen bands and I specialize in improvisation.

About the lesson

The beginning is me understanding the relationship you have with your violin already. I'll ask questions like: What have you studied, what scales do you know? What books have you purchased for yourself? What kind of music are you most interested in learning?

I have with worked with students ranging from 3 years old to 78 years old. Beginners to advanced.

Patience with self is key when becoming a student of anything.

Details

I have a flat rate of $90 for an hour, packages of 4 can be purchased for $350.

45 minute lessons are $70, package of 4 is $270.

I don't offer 30 minute lessons.
