About Laura
I am a university chemistry lecturer with 10 years of teaching and tutoring experience at the high school and college levels.
I provide a relaxed and friendly environment for students to ask questions about concepts and practice applying their knowledge for improved understanding of the subject. My goal is to teach you how to learn and help you master your subject material.
My experience:
** Ph.D. Organic Chemistry from the University of California, Santa Cruz (2008)
** 9 years experience as a university lecturer in introductory, general, and organic chemistry
** 2 years experience as private tutor with high school students tackling introductory and AP chemistry
