About Scott
Hello my name is Scott. I have 16 years of playing experience and over 8 years of teaching experience! I am also a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional. I am passionate about the game and enjoy helping students reach their full potential. I have traveled across the country playing high level tennis tournaments. I played four years of varsity high school tennis at Providence Day School where I helped lead our tennis team to three state titles. I then played two years of college tennis at The University of Mary Washington and played a year and a half of club tennis at The University of Georgia. Professionally, I coached boys high school tennis for two years at Nation Ford High School where we won our conference both years. I have spent eight years teaching tennis lessons and clinics at country clubs and recreation centers. I love working with people of all ages and helping them achieve their tennis goals.

My coaching session with Coach Scott was very productive, we began by discussing player specific goals, from there he reinforced my strengths with some tweaks and worked on my weaknesses. Progress was evident when I was bumped up from usta 4.0 to 4.5. in only 10 sessions. Thanks coach.
If you want to level up your game, Coach Scott is the man. He is punctual, personable and very patient.Coach Scott was great with our four kids (6-11). He was knowledgeable and kept the kids engaged with fun drills while learning the proper form. They had a great introduction to the game! Would definitely recommend Coach Scott.
