About David
Everything is connected. You can not separate your practice of T'ai Chi Chih from how you move and how you find stillness in you life. Finding balance will in one part of your life will help you to bring balance to all areas of your life.
David has been teaching T'ai Chi Chih for over three decades and brings to each class his years of experience teaching about the cycles of nature and instructing massage students in anatomy as well as in the balance of flow of physiological functions.
