I recently graduated with a BA in Political Science. And I am currenlty pursuing an MPA. I have experience taking Public Speaking classes and speaking to both small and large groups of people.

Make a plan and set milestones for the lesson. Start of small and build up.
Mainly youth, but also adults. My area of expertise is with beginners, working them up to comfortabilty with the certain set of skills we're working on.
Look for someone who is attentive, understanding, confident, punctual, etc.
