About Edgar

I have been a Spanish teacher for over 16 years in different states inside and outside the US. I am currently working as a Spanish teacher for a high school in Texas. I have been a mentor to may teachers and I love using new technologies to make sure my students reach their objectives in terms of language acquisition.

I started teaching in Colombia, where I am originally from. I started at the age of 20.

I have a bachelors degree in languages teaching and I am currently working on my master studies on Leadership and administration in education.

About the lesson

We start with an evaluation to see where the student is at, followed with a plan based on what the student needs.

I have worked with all ages. From 7 years old to 70 years old.

Make sure that the Spanish you are being taught is "standard Spanish". Since the language is spoken in 21 different countries, it has a lot of variations in vocabulary.
