About Tomas
Shaolin Kung Fu is one of the most ancient forms of the art, seeking first control and defense rather than harm or violence. This practice, developed by monks, is not only an excellent self-defense method but also a wonderful calming method that can improve physical and mental health with consistency and time I am a prime example, as my parents enrolled me in classes when I was 7 to help me learn discipline and self-control. It became a passion of mine, and I want to share it with those looking to expand their horizons or desire to learn different ways to protect themselves. In total, I have 18 years of training experience and 3 years of teaching experience of various ages. I believe in catering lessons to the interests and needs of those who desire to learn. I look forward to learning and growing with you.
