About Noe

We stand out because our training goes much further then our once a week meetings on the pitch. Along with private soccer training, we also provide Speed & Agility training, online homework libraries, 24/7 mentor support for players, game evaluations, goal-setting sessions, and much more! This is to make sure that we are constantly improving, not just improving on the days where we meet!

The thing I love the most about this service is seeing the kids grow at an accelerated rate, much faster then they thought. This brings an instant smile to their face when they see themselves improving in real time which makes me extremely happy.

I started off by training a younger kid in my neighborhood and since then my love for coaching has only grown.

Former Division 1 midfielder with over 1500 minutes of game time at the CM position. During high school I was an All-State, All-Region, All-District, and All-Conference player. I hold the most points for a midfielder in my high schools history (4A). I played on the #2 team in the nation for CASL/NCFC for 4 years and is a 3x state champion along with a 2x region champion and a nationals runner up. I have also spent sometime in England with the Premier League team West Ham United's youth academy team. In terms of coaching, I have been coaching organized soccer for about 2 years now but have been training children 1on1 for about 3 years now with over a dozen clients that I have worked with.

About the lesson

Our process starts with a simple contact through text or call at (concealed information) From there, we will schedule an evaluation session for player and parent to come demo our program before making any committment. After training has finished, we give our prospects about 48 hours to decide if they would like to join!

We work with all types of students from ages 6-18. We only work with committed students of the game!

Look for a teacher that only works in the private training sector. Most private trainers have club teams on the side so their focus is taken away from the one-on-one aspect of training. These coaches also tend to be lazier in their approach to trainings because of having to manage entire club teams.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
How committed am I to getting better?

Is this a sport that I love?

Do I want to compete at the highest level?

Coach Noe is great. Our boys absolutely love him, his positivity and knowledge of the sport. After the first practice our boys couldn’t stop talking about how awesome he is. We drive an hour every week just to have him be our coach for our kids.

The work Coach Noe has done with my son in a short amount of time is amazing. His confidence is soaring and he often talks about what he did in his games that he has learned in his training sessions . He thoroughly enjoys his sessions and is more dedicated to the sport then ever. Coach Noe is very knowledgeable and has taught my son so much. He offers a homework library that my son can do at home. Coach Noe is great at communicating and easy to work with.

Noe was very energetic and detailed when it comes to training our two boys, ages 14 & 15. Although they only got to train with him for only a month, two sessions per week, there was vast improvement in their game. His ability to push our boys and motivate them to do their best is something that I as a dad and coach can’t ever do. Thank you for being a great influence in improving their game. Please reach out to us when you come back to Oklahoma City again, and best wishes in everything you

Noé is a great soccer player and his coaching shows it! My son has been training with him for a few months now and he really enjoys it and has told me this is the best coaching he’s gotten. I can see that Noé is very skilled and talented and has high soccer IQ which is translated in his coaching. Would highly recommend working with Coach Varner!

Noe was a great trainer for my son. My son is currently in the 5th grade and wants to pursue soccer in the future. We contacted Noe after we saw his credentials and thought he would be a good fit. Noe got along great with my son and pushed him to be better without being overbearing. Very respectful young man and would highly recommend him to any parents that are also looking for a trainer for their kids. Now my 11 year old looks forward to training every week instead of it being a chore haha!
