About Keith

We offer lessons on most instruments by various teachers. We offer student discounts if you pay monthly and we also have scholarships. Most teachers are flexible with the schedules and are there certain days of the week.

I enjoy instructing music classes for all ages and working with the other teachers at Little Falls School of Music. I also enjoy running Niver's Music in Hudson, a full line music store. We also service most instruments including digital keyboards, pianos, home and church organs, guitars, amplifiers, string instruments and most band instruments. Personally, I teach piano, keyboard and church organ and have students from age 4 to adults.

I am a Master Certified Electronic organ and keyboard technician plus a trained organ and piano instructor with over 55 years of experience. I have specialized training in teaching music theory, note reading and more. I also have training in beginning vocal lessons. I work with a group of teachers at Little Falls School of Music that specialize in all music instruments.

About the lesson

first, meet n greet with parents and student. Find out their background and what they hope to learn. Show them various courses offered and teach some basics.

I have worked with students from age 4 to adults in their 60's.

I encourage a new student to do a meet and greet with a teacher prior to beginning lessons. This gives everyone a chance to meet each other and see if it is a good match between teacher and student. Personally, I do the meet n greet for free.

We recently held a Holiday Recital with several students participating. We had nearly a full house of parents and friends.

Students/parents should think about how an instructor uses resources to help with lessons, what type of instrument do they use for lessons, how long have they been giving lessons and how flexible are they in scheduling lessons and makeups.
