35 years in senior management secondary , 5 years experience primary. Currently a tutor for trainee teachers primary and secondary. National trainer for developing learn to learn. B.Ed.Hons, NPQH. Now semi retired supporting students to gain QTS and PGCE within a SCITT. Learning teaching and learning for 20 years including set up of new secondary school.

I base my teaching on the absolute needs of the children. Differentiation and personalisation is my speciality. Developing learning behaviours as well as delivering curriculum content to get well rounded independent learners.
Learning should be fun, varied and active , good relationships being key to working with more challenging students.Instilling in children a desire to be the best they can baby creating an ethos of positivity and success. Ensuring learning is always made as relevant and connected to the world students inhabit.
