I am a Systema Instructor and I am an 8th degree black belt in Isshinryu Karata. Over 40 year training and teaching martial arts and self defense.
Seeing my students quickly develop the confidence and ability to better defend themselves.
42 year experience. 8th degree black belt in Isshinryu Karata and certified Systema Instructor.

The Systema classes are women and men. I do teach children in a traditional martial arts class.
