About Hect
Body balanced; moving, max power, flexibility and self expression continues to be our passion. We teach you how to exploit your potential and become your own competition! We are staffed with a Kinesiologist, Martial Arts expert and exercise physiologist engineer. Our combined experience of 60 years in 3 areas of expertise is second to none. I am a natural educator. I have fostered over 30 children, mentored 21 young men n, been in the military and civilian instructor. Gym owner, public speaker and helped raise 5 sisters.
Training began at five years of age over the years I have had more than 100 Street fights. I became a professional boxer. I had two fights and a injured neck with five herniated disc‘s. After surgery, I recovered and I have been training in more complex martial arts such as Krav Maga and Israely style of Fighting.
