About Briana
Hello! My name is Miss McCaffrey and I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and special education from Mansfield University in PA. I am currently a first grade teacher. I love to make learning fun and find new ways to present material that will keep students engaged while also learning the content! I cannot wait to help your child improve on his/her skills.
Since I was eight I knew I wanted to be a teacher. I love that I get to be myself and incorporate my love of theatre and music while working everyday. I love the joy my students bring me, especially when I see them light up when they finally understand a topic.
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Esucatoon with special education from Mansfield University in PA. I have been working with children since I was 12 between volunteering to be an assistant for summer camps, working at a sleeping away camp for two summers, teaching at a Montessori school for a year and a half and now being a first grade teacher.

First I like to get to know the student. What are their interests. I like to try to incorporate things the students likes into activities because it will get them excited to learn and compete the activities. Once we have established good rapport I will figure out where the student is struggling and design activities to help the student work on those skills.
