About Marie
Hi! I am a high school student focused on transforming the way we think about education and allowing children to realize that they love learning. I want students to have a desire to study and actually be excited to start learning. Since I am a student as well, I know how hard it is to be enlivened when going to school and how difficult it is to grasp the material that a teacher is teaching when they don't focus on individual students' needs. So, I completely understand what makes a good tutor. I work with each student to understand their needs and design a plan to help them complete their tasks successfully. Moreover, since I am a bit younger than most tutors, even though I am quite experienced in tutoring, I am able to connect with younger children much better than those that are much older than me.

When I start a new coach/client relationship, I usually start with a 30-minute conversation. In order to establish a good fit, I offer this complimentary session to all of my potential customers. This initial planning session will help us figure out exactly what you'd like assistance with and how we'll get there. If we decide to work together in the future, I'll start by sending some "pre-work" activities to get things started. In the end, the client makes all decisions about the pace and scope of work. You will make the empowered decisions, and I will be there to guide and encourage you from the start.
