About Nicole
Hello!
My name is Nicole Giebelhaus and I have been tutoring for more than 30 years.
I am a New York State certified teacher in grades Pre-K-6 grade. I also hold a Master's degree in teaching Reading grades K-12.
I have taught in all grades Pre-K-6th grade in regular and special education classrooms. I curently work in an integeated 5th grade classroom.
As much as I enjoy teaching classrooms full of children, I truly enjoy the one on one teaching of tutoring a child needing help with a subject they are struggling with in school. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a student succeed and overcome their frustration with a subject.
I look upon tutoring as a way to help students succeed in school and beyond the classroom in their journey as lifelong learners.
