About Tracie
I am presently a university psychology instructor. I have been enjoying teaching student learners since 2015. I think it goes without saying that I have a passion for learning as well as helping others learn more about psychology and psychology related topics. My educational background includes a bachelor degree in psychology, a master degree in clinical psychology, another master degree in health psychology, and I am currently working toward finishing my doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in general psychology. When I am not teaching or conducting psychology research, I work in private practice as a psychotherapist where I treat individuals with a variety of mental health issues.
My education in the field of psychology began during my ungraduate studies. I got my bachelor degree in psychology, then I went on to get my master degree in clinical psychology. Next, I got a second master degree in health psychology and I am now finishing my doctorate in general psychology. While on this degree path, I got the opportunity to train in the field at an outpatient mental health clinic as a clinic director and psychotherapist. I now work in private practice as a psychotherapist providing treatment to individuals with a variety of mental health conditions and I teach at a local university.
