About Laura
I’m Laura, a qualified teacher turned tutor. I tutor children afterschool as well as children who don’t attend school. I create a fun, relaxed environment and it is my passion to help individuals thrive by giving them the support and time they need to master the skills in the way they learn best. I help children who are out of school to enter back in with confidence or how to achieve the skills they need to progress in life without regular school attendance.

Personalised lessons to suit their needs, my tutees have fun, build their confidence and enjoy learning again! Covering all subjects at primary level, I help children who may need more time or alternative approach to what school can offer. I help children who aren’t in school to be ready for the outside world both academically and emotionally. I also support older learners including adults to take their functional skills tests to gain access to college and beyond.
