About Annie
As a professional Artist with a Degree in Fine Art and over 35 years of experience, I pursue my passion with constant motivation to learn new methods and acquire skills that can be shared with students.
I LOVE CREATING! I LOVE sharing with people who bless their creative endeavors with their very own unique blend of Art, Perspective and life experiences.
I began when I was in my 20's. I used to open up my garage door and work on clay figurative sculptures. As I was working, neighbors and children would stop and inquire. Eventually, I started a free workshop giving lessons. Then it graduated into lessons and workshops for Art Centers, Universities and schools.
Fine Art degree from Ontario college of Art and Design in Canada. I have owned a kiln since I was 12! Been working in ceramics for a long time, and have always enjoyed the process of learning new techniques. I am also a painter and Illustrator. Having created many illustrations, graphic design and paintings for over 35 years.

I love to find out about their experiences with Art mediums, and then share the finished Art Project with them. Then, I go thru the steps to create it. Keeping the instruction brief at that point - less talking more creating!
Then, I assist as the student begins creating and allow them the freedom to work. Often alongside the student recreating the item as we go. This helps them to see how it progresses and to work out any issues on the sample piece.
From kindergarten to Senior citizens with no experience to skilled Artists.
